Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our passengers to make their journey with the company a
delightful one
Assist in the operation and control of an MRT station, which includes monitoring of station
equipment, responding to station emergencies, platform and concourse patrol, and other station
related duties
May be tasked to drive our trains in preparation for emergencies.
Requirements
Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience in the service industry
Higher NITEC in Engineering or GCE 'O' Levels
